Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website sargo.dev, run by Clura S.r.l.s., the company behind Sargo (“we”, “us”), registered at Via della Camilluccia 741, 00135 Roma, Italy, VAT number (P.IVA) 18314321003. By using the website you agree to them. The Sargo software itself is provided under a separate customer agreement and a data processing agreement, which take precedence for customers.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, and do not copy it in bulk by automated means other than normal search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt.
3. Information on the website
We do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date. Product descriptions, screenshots and examples show what Sargo is built to do and may change as the product develops. Some features are marked “coming soon” and are not yet available. Guides on the blog are general information, not legal advice.
4. Intellectual property
The Sargo name, logo, design, text and software are ours or used with permission. Logos of other companies belong to their owners and appear only to show which tools Sargo works with. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with a link back to the source.
5. Your messages to us
When you send us a message or request a demo, we use your details to answer you, as described in the privacy policy. Please do not send us sensitive personal data through the contact forms.
6. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage that results from using the website or relying on its content. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law and contact
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise. Questions about these terms: info@sargo.dev.
