Sargo is an AI-native property management platform, founded by four TU Delft students to transform how Dutch agencies and landlords manage their homes.

Our mission is to give property managers their time back. We build the system that handles the admin, so they can focus on running their portfolio.
Founders
Our story
Sargo started at TU Delft, where four students saw how much of property management still runs on phone calls, spreadsheets and long email threads.
In conversations with Dutch rental agencies, the same problems kept coming up. Agencies work with several software tools that do not talk to each other, and almost nothing between them is automated. On top of that comes the back-and-forth between tenant, owner and contractor about who fixes a repair and who pays.
Sargo was created to solve these problems: one system that connects everything the agency uses, remembers every case, and lets AI agents handle the routine work, while the agency team keeps every decision.
We are starting in the Netherlands, building together with pilot agencies, under EU rules from day one.
