Why we are building Sargo

In every conversation with rental agencies, the same problem came up. This is the story of the software we wish they already had.

Key takeaways

  • Rental agencies lose time to back-and-forth, not to hard work.
  • Sargo reads, finds, books and matches, and asks for decisions only.
  • It is built with pilot agencies in the Netherlands.

The same story, every time

We started by listening to Dutch rental agencies. Different cities, different sizes, the same story: the work is not hard, there is just too much back-and-forth. Tenant to agency, agency to owner, owner to contractor, and back again.

One system, with the work done

Most software stores information. We wanted software that also does the work: reads the message, finds the clause, books the contractor, matches the payment, and only asks people for the decisions that matter.

Built with our pilot agencies

Sargo is being built together with our first agencies. Every feature starts as a real problem they brought to us. If that sounds like your agency, we would like to talk.

Questions and answers

Who is Sargo built for?

Dutch rental agencies and private landlords who want repairs, tenants, rent and owners in one system, with AI agents doing the routine work.
